How creativity and passion took the ORBIS brand high in the Canadian skies
A frugal budget and little brand awareness did not prohibit Focus Communications from creating and executing an award-winning integrated brand awareness campaign for ORBIS across Canada.
We helped design, plan and manage seven fundraising and audience engagement events, beginning with “Pull for Sight”, ORBIS flying eye hospital Goodwill Tour, and then a national Asian telethon. We also assisted in sponsorship marketing, community partnerships, volunteer recruitment, advertising, social media and public relations.
From Vancouver to Montreal in five major urban centres, a strategic brand building campaign in multiple languages – including English, French, Chinese, and South Asian languages – helped generate over thousands of encounters and 634 million impressions through media such as Discovery Channel, Accessible Media, CTV, Global TV, CBC TV, Toronto Star, National Post, OMNI TV, Fairchild TV, and more.
